10,000 Items or Less

We're happy to present a video created by video artist and musician Blair Neal. Of the project, Neal has written: "10,000 images of items at a grocery store (1 image per frame at 30fps). Far from a complete catalog of items. If I had to guess I'd say this video shows only half of the total items in a store. This took me about 2 months. 600 pictures per hour. I took about 9000 of them, helpers took the other 1000. Sound is derived from the images using Max/MSP. Chords made from the RGB values of each image."
