Our latest Eat & Greet tour was Sunday, October 23, 2011. We'll have reports from the field and the goat pasture soon! Here are the details so you can see what you might have missed. Maybe we'll see you next time?

Guided farm tour of earthly treasures produced in Middle Tennessee

Journey with us to spectacular producers of heirloom vegetables,
organic artisan fabric dyes
and award-winning cheese
in and around Nashville, Tennessee.

Sustainable, Artisanal & Local

We’ll visit a self-sustaining, ecologically-minded textile company using and creating natural dyes (including some from their own indigo), then stop at a local farm and CSA growing heirloom vegetables and herbs for fine-dining local restaurants, and finally we’ll head to an award-winning goat farm and cheesemaker. A full day of down-on-the-farm adventures, with lunch at a local favorite in between.
